* All students will be decorating 3 cakes and get to take home completed 3 cakes by the end of the class

* Tips on presenting and photographing your work 

* Discussion on how to price your cake

* HANDS-ON LEARNING sessions with small groups to ensure maximum individual attention. * In all classes, all students will be decorating their own cakes / cupcakes. * Some classes include baking, which will only be a demonstration session as we dont have enough room or facility to provide individual baking. But decorating will be 100% hands on. * you will get to take home cakes or cupcakes you decorated during the class. * Classes will be held at our new ELC baking floor located above ELC shop, Pitakotte. * ALL BOOKINGS MADE ONLINE WILL RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT AT CHECKOUT * Or you can pay at ELC shop or Contact us via FB to do a bank transfer
